JunCurryAhn is a Korean-American artist that began his career as a Youtube sensation. He is best known for his violin Kpop covers, & is also a multitalented artist, singer, & dancer, & producer. He debuted as a solo artist under the stage name JUN in 2017, & has since been actively releasing more music & building his artist career.
Dance Choreography
Many late nights creative sessions, revisions, & 8+ rehearsals later, we came up with a product that all 10 dancers were proud of. It was my first time choreographing for an artist, so I had to pay careful attention to new things:
- formations
- blocking & dynamics
- choreography revisions to cater to the artist
- type of performance I wanted the dancers to embody

Neon lights, countless cuts, & a “you only have one chance to get this right” rain scene. We had a full crew working to make this the most efficient, memorable process, & the end product is flawless. Thank you to Jun, to all the dancers, to the camera crew, to the director / producers for making this artistic process such a joy to be a part of. The part that reminds me why I love what I do!
‘KCON LA’
Final Performance
A full stadium. Screaming fans. A recordbreaking attendance of 94,000 people - the greatest number of ticket sales in KCON history! This performance is one I will never forget. An epic end to a long process of late night practices & a lot of amazing unforgettable memories.
